As ASİL GROUP KOZMETİK İMALAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("COMPANY"), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and would like to inform you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("LAW").

1. By Which Methods and on What Legal Grounds Do We Collect Your Personal Data?

Your personal data may be collected through various channels such as websites, social media accounts, e-mail and communication tools, mobile applications, business partners, and suppliers, by automated or non-automated means. These data are processed in accordance with the conditions set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the LAW.

Employee Data

Employee data may be processed during the term of the employment contract and, where necessary, thereafter. Except for legal obligations that do not require explicit consent, personal data are processed solely in accordance with the principles of proportionality and necessity.

3. Legal Grounds

Your personal data are collected and processed pursuant to Article 5 of the LAW based on the establishment and performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, and explicit consent.

4. With Whom Are Personal Data Shared?

Personal data may be shared with group companies, domestic and international suppliers, business partners, courier companies, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

For integrations with platforms such as Facebook and Google, personal data are shared only after obtaining the user's explicit consent.

5. Retention Period

Personal data are retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the applicable legislation. At the end of the retention period, the data are destroyed, anonymized, or deleted.

6. Right to Amend

This Disclosure Statement may be updated in accordance with legal requirements.
